What is EFT?
EFT is based on the ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, just like acupuncture. In fact, EFT is commonly known as "acupuncture without needles". EFT is a gentle tapping procedure along meridian end points on the face and upper torso that realigns the body's energy system bringing the body back into balance. Unlike other energy healing methods, EFT encorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction, and personal performance limits.

The reason EFT works so well is because the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. Get to the disruption, which is simply blocked energy, start the tapping, and you dissolve or neutralize the negative emotion.

We all carry old hurts, guilt, resentments and a myriad of other negative emotions that translate into today's pain and upset.
