About Me
I decided to become a nurse over thirty years ago because I wanted to help people. I have never regretted my decision. Having been active in my profession in traditional healthcare, I have a rich and varied background and an accumulation of experience in working with patients. Since 1980 most of my nursing experience has been in the specialty fields of mental health and substance abuse.
Currently I am the Director of Psychiatric Triage at MetroWest Medical Center in Natick MA.
I have always felt it important to educate my patients in ways they could use to empower themselves in order to live better lives. And that is what I love about EFT. I can teach this to you, so that you can use it on yourself.
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan which is affiliated with Teachers College at Columbia University, and am a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I completed my EFT-CC (basic) and EFT-ADV (advanced) certificates through Pace Educational System, and have attended numerous workshops on EFT, TAT and Psych-K. I am certified in Richard Ross's beautiful Emotional Freedom and Healing (EF&H) technique. I have a Level 1 Reiki training. I am a member of ACEP, the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. I am a graduate of the Birchtree Center for Healthcare Transformation program for Holistic Nurses.

EFT is still considered experimental, but it has yielded exceptional results in the treatment of psychological and physical problems. Many therapists, nurses, doctors and other health care workers and professionals are using it to help others feel better with high levels of success.
